I like the decayed flesh texture along with the Meaty colours with the skeleton in protruding from his back. The mood set form this to me is very painful as i think you have intended along with the rotting of the persons skin makes reminds me of the time I got gangrene. It is a great piece.

bloody good job mate! really nice! the textures are so damn good and the basic sepia tone really sets in with your main focal point...and the protuding spine on the guy...wicked!
